Had a leak under my kitchen sink and called Joseph & Sons Plumbing LLC. even though the price to replace my faucet was a bit higher than what i saw online, billy worked with his manager and they adjusted it to something fair. the plumber showed up on time, was really respectful, and made sure everything was fixed right. i noticed that, like other plumbing companies i’ve used in highland heights, they sometimes include extra suggestions in their estimate for things i didn’t ask about—like recommending a water shut off valve r... read more

Billy came out and quickly found our leaks. He was very professional, friendly, honest, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything to us and helped us understand what was causing the water leaks. This was really helpful. If we ever have more leaks in the future, I will definitely call this plumbing service and ask for Billy. If anyone asks me about a plumber for leak detection, I will definitely recommend they call and request Billy.

I worked with Billy when he joined our big remodel project as a subcontractor plumber. He was always friendly and easy to talk to when we discussed the project and made decisions together. Even when our schedules didn’t match, he was quick to reply by text or email. i can't recommend joseph & sons plumbing llc enough. my house is 20 years old and all the bathroom faucets started leaking because the cartridges were worn out. i talked to five other plumbers, and they all said i should just replace all the hardware since they thought the faucets were bad along with the cartridges. when i explained my problem to billy on the phone, he really went the extra mile. he reached out to the faucet manufacturer and managed to get free replacement parts for me, since they were still under a lifetime... read more
