The manager is rude as well as the owner, I was told that I could not be a guest of a tenant who lives there, and was not given a reason, as I understand that as long as I am a guest the tenant and in no violation of the tenants lease, they can't tell the tenant who they can have as guest, that's also according to state And federal laws
Do NOT move to any of their apartment complexes. I told the man I was talking to that Coventry Village has practically all one star reviews, having the same complaints, and instead of showing any concern, he threatens me and says he can give me a bad rental referral. (I have been renting here for six years and NEVER missed rent.) Shows exactly what kind of quality and ethics these people have.
Avoid if you don't don't have proof of your income. Very unfriendly for student. Chase give me 15k CL but they refuse to offer me a lease which under 10k.
