Since Hangtag took over, they changed the pay system. Was told to download the app and park, nothing was mentioned about paying upfront, always thought you pay when you leave the building. Very misleading with the lack of information. I got a ticket for $86, called customer service (which was 1 hr 10 min wait time) and they brought it down to $81. I rather park in the next door building than dealing with this company.
Conveniently located underneath the building for underground parking. Entrance and exit to the lot was easy. I forgot to pay for my 2 hour parking, won’t happen again next time!
Today is Friday, and $9 for up to 1 hour parking. It is very near the service Canada. Still have spots when I get here at about 8:30am. And other information is that if you come early , there might be a few different parking lots very near this position ,with a lower price.
It’s $9 for one hour parking. It would of been $5 or below to benefit service canada visitors.
