I am writing this for Impark at 4789 Yonge street.The staff (an Indian senior man) doesn't understand. It is easier to talk with a machine and get it understand you than this guy
The app for this lot is always broken. The customer service takes hours to respond. I have been mischarged for parking here and the customer service kept refusing to issue a refund .
I'd give 0 if I could. They're payment processing has been down this entire morning on both their app and website. I called and spoke with Alisha who said that even though THEIR payment processing isn't working right now, I still might get a ticket. Asked what would happen if I got a ticket since this is beyond my control and Alisha told me "to move my car somewhere else and I might still get a ticket". Absolute shambolic response to something out of my control. I hope this company goes bankrupt!
