UPDATE to my original review: I want to update my original review to be fair and share the full outcome. After I posted my original review, Seifert Contracting reached out and came to the house the very next day. They spent about an hour investigating the source of the leak and performed a water test to try to pinpoint where the water was getting in. They ultimately found what appeared to be a large opening inside the chimney that could have been allowing water to enter. They sealed the opening and closed the area off. They ... read more
