Tyler, one of the owners, came to check our roof and site on scene did an immediate repair. Very personable, pleasant and eager to please his customer. Thank you so much for fixing our roof!! Highly recommend Seifert!

I'm not gonna lie Deb is a great person. Her customer service is awesome. But the reason for the one star review is that I had seifert contracting do the all roofs on my one house. Not all at the same time. But I have been contacting them about my back roof they finished maybe 2 years ago now. Letting them know that is still leaks . I have Shawn out to the house to see the roof. Multiple times between then and now. Most recently I had them out on Sept 8 2025 . Shawn said they usually run a rubber layer up the connecting wall... read more
