I would recommend girls to stay away from this place! Dr.Kim was handsy and made me feel really uncomfortable/creepy at my consultation. He was an hour late and as he consult, he said "sorry I was late, I'm gonna make it up to you" while rubbing my shoulder twice (I froze at the moment because I couldn't believe what was going on). I was going in planning to get my wisdom tooth removed and I just can't trust his behavior after this so I cancelled my appointment the next day. Dr Kim made all the dangerous wisdom teeth surgery very smooth. My family dentist recommended Dr Kim.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Kim. I was there to help translate for a family member who was his patient. Dr. Kim seemed impatient with my questions and made some inappropriate comments that I won't repeat here. I felt he may have had some bias based on where I’m from, which affected his bedside manner. At one point, he reprimanded me for using my phone in the operating room, even though I was only trying to translate the name of an allergy medication his assistant had asked about. I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Kim, and it truly felt like magic. The procedure went so smoothly, and whenever I had any concerns afterward, Dr.Kim and staff responded immediately and kindly. I’m deeply grateful for their care and professionalism. I would absolutely trust them with the care of my children in the future as well.
