I was very impressed with Dr. Cody. I was not happy with the scheduling of my appt. I was given an appt time of 1pm and they said to be there at 12:45. I was there and they were at lunch untill 1pm. So I had to wait 15 min. At 1pm I finished registering with the receptionist and I already had checked in on line. The person before we said she had an appt with Dr. Cody at 1pm and I told the girl I had an appt at 1pm with Dr. Cody. She told me no mine was 1:15. Really it should be no star or negative star!!!! Office staff is the worst I had a scheduled endoscopy and no one called me to confirm time. After waiting 30 minutes on hold I finally spoke to someone who said "oh yeah, it's for tomorrow. I'll have someone call you." Im still waiting on that call and 3 other messages I left. I even called florida medical and issued a complaint. No return call on my complaint. Totally unprofessional. I like dr. Cody though
I was extremely unhappy with the care I received in getting appt scheduled for procedure. They told me the date it would be, then told me via message the address and confirmed date. Long story short I went on day of procedure and I was told that the doctor was not scheduled there that day at all and that they did not show I had appt. This was after weeks of trying to confirm location with them . I even showed the staff message I was sent confirming date and time/location. Dr. Cody did a great job! Not sure how else to review a colonoscopy, but he was the 3rd doctor to perform the procedure and was detailed, had a great staff, and was pricing transparent.
Dr. Cody listened to me whine for 15 minutes about a chronic (26 years) clogged left ear that nobody has figured out why. A few experts have even said “It’s all in your head.” Duh… Thanks Dr. C for being an excellent listener.
