Have been going to Dr Cody for a few years. He makes you feel very comfortable, discusses all your results and answers questions in a way you can understand. The office staff are efficient and follow through as they should. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Cody was very attentive listening to the problems I was having and he gave opinions on the possible solution. He was very prompt in coming into the room. All his staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They got me in at my appointment time.
I was pleased to meet Dr. Cody. We went over the issues I was having. He has scheduled me for a couple of procedures. I will go on May 29th. The surgery center has already let me know how much I will owe them. It seams like they have it together as far as scheduling my procedure. I am very pleased and staff was friendly.
I am a new patient with Dr.Cody. I had an emergency procedure done by another doctor in the hospital and was not happy with the Gastroenterologist doctor. I had my first visit with Dr. Cody and feel very confident that I found the right doctor! Dr. Cody was very informative, compassionate, and personable.He made me feel at ease. Dr. Cody will be my doctor from now on!! I truly recommend Dr. Cody!
Dr. Cody is good. However his staff is horrible. Did not provide my insurance correct information and I called them several times they said they can't do anything. I don't know whose going to do their job. I don't know what the staff doing their. I was calling them and ask the solution two days whole days. It was horrible. They waited to reply my insurance until I called them. they did not read any document that they receive. Doctor is good but still so much headache working with staff and medical center in North Tampa.
