Can I just say I am heartbroken by the experience I had for medical professionals and patients that this is the example we are left with in a time of need, confusion and uncertainty. I asked to see Dr. Cody and was told that I had to see Nurse Practitioner because “she was just as competent “ she orders a bunch of tests some of them I am not necessarily sure I need one of them says my insurance may not cover and is very expensive ON THE BOX. I do not know what it will take for this office to Pre Authorize a medication that Dr. Cody and I discussed was the ONLY MEDICINE I can take, after trying many others. TWO MONTHS have lapsed and still I could not get Mariah, Heather, Jennifer or anyone else for that matter to take care of this for me. After 3 trips to office and waiting for 2 months to get my appointment and secured do a procedure I was refused treatment because I was not informed to have someone drive me home .I was not told I needed a person to drive me home although I was told I had a phone call the day before that was sopose to have to me I would have to have a driver. I saw this provider once for 5 mins...I've been feeling ill for almost a year now and his office does nothing but neglect me. Run do not book with him.
What a fiasco! Called to make an appointment for colonoscopy and was told that I had to physically go to office to make an appointment. I go to office. They take my referral and inform me that someone would call me to schedule an appointment. I received text from Publix they called a script in. I then received the phone call to schedule an appointment. I go to pick up script but Publix informed me the script had been canceled. I called the office and informed them.
