Wretched place. They spend all their time monitoring phone and device use. I was in an exposed glass room for over a week. Old school, out dated treatment of patients. I have always praised the nurses in my hospital experiences but this was Nurse Ratchet times 12. Awful experience.
I have a second brother in here with skitzofrenia. Every doctor/psychiatrist that both my brothers had in the last 8 years of being in and out of here, has bullied them to the fullest extent. Dr Dollywal is an absolute disgrace, should have her license revoked. The front desk staff as well as Dollywal, worked tooth and nail trying to get my brother out of their care, simply because they didn’t want to care for him or do their job. My daughter has been treated at Joseph & Rosalie Segal & Family for a couple of months. I was surprised to see some complaints about their service, because in our experience it has been excellent. She was examined and treated with great care here. Thank you, Dr. Telio
