Thoughtful and personable, as always.
Dr Romanella has been VERY caring and accommodating in my experience. Sometimes you have to wait for an appointment, which is hard to hear when you're not feeling well but I think everyone needs to understand that these primary care physician offices are not emergency rooms. I've also had great interaction with the staff, in person and on the phone. Keep up the good work!
