Very bad customer service. Got my voucher on Groupon, he cancelled the 1st time, the second time , I was 15 min. since the address was wrong on Google map, and hard to find a place to park. Once there had to wait 10 min Before he unlocked the door, and refused to give me the service because I was late. My voice was immediately retrieved so I was unable to be reimbursed. He was Extremely rude . Never again

Joseph is extremely rude, please help yourself and your mental health and do not go to him. I came in with a groupon purchase I had made for him SPECIFICALLY and he was very rude. He refused to give me just a blow dry and was forcing me into a hair cut which I didn’t need or want and finally I had agreed and he was very rude, he kept talking bad about my hair and the color and my hair style and cursed at me and told me to leave. He is super unprofessional also didn't want to refund me.

My experience with Joseph Rene was nothing short of appalling. I bought a hair cut/blow dy package off Groupon. Only AFTER purchasing, his automated texting service tells you theres a $20 up charge for hair length. Right before I got to my appointment, his automated texting service told me my appointments canceled because I was late.. but actually i was early. Made fun of my hair, made me feel unsafe and insecure. Mean. Rude. Racist. Entitled. BULLY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Most terrifying salon experience. I walked out crying….

Even a 1 star review is far too much for this man. DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT ever opt for this salon.
