Feeling extremely blessed and grateful to have experienced the superb talent and creativity of Joseph Rene! This is the best cut and color experience I’ve had in several years!! Joseph has an incredible gift and is a treasure of a human being. I feel so much better about how I look and feel leaving his salon…as well as a boost in confidence and renewal of spirit. My experience with Joseph Rene was nothing short of appalling. I bought a hair cut/blow dy package off Groupon. Only AFTER purchasing, his automated texting service tells you theres a $20 up charge for hair length. Right before I got to my appointment, his automated texting service told me my appointments canceled because I was late.. but actually i was early. I did not get a service here but I do want to speak about my experience at Joseph Rene Estilo Salon. I bought a Groupon for a haircut and got a text about how “restrictions apply for hair past the mid shoulders on price per service of $20”. I came in and asked if they could just chop my hair to mid shoulder and do the haircut from there. The owner said no and that I should’ve read the fine print and went on in detail belittling me about that.
