Dr. Rabi and his entire team are by far the best spinal practice I've been fortunate to become a patient. They not only answer the phone, but address patient concerns quickly including an explanation which eliminates confusion. I'd recommend them to anyone dealing with spinal disease and chronic pain! Dr. Rabi was great, but unfortunately his staff is completely incompetent and negligent to the point I had to find another doctor. They lost my files for insurance purposes not once or twice, but three times. They sent incorrect files to my insurance company three separate times to the point my procedures (that i have already received from their office, so they should be aware of what files are needed) did not get approved and was exhausted after too many attempts after trying for two months. My husband Aaron has been a pt of Dr. Rabi for years. I have never met a more compassionate and caring physician in my life. He goes above and beyond with his patient's. He genuinely cares. Hands down one of the best physicians we have ever met. Anyone would blessed to have someone care about their well being like he does.
I thought just get use to the pain. As much as I tried to talk myself through the idea of pain being the norm for me I didn’t find relief until I was referred to Dr Rabi and his staff. He does more than just checking boxes to be a great doctor. The staff is amazing, patient, and compassionate. Forever grateful!
