Office staff has no sense of urgency for those in chronic pain when returning calls or following up. This has been an ongoing issue since I started treatment here a year ago. It’s incredibly frustrating and gravely affects quality of life for patients. The nurses who see you and the doctors are great but what good is that if the office staff doesn’t help you to be seen
The staff at Dr. Rabi's office is Amazing, very professional and courteous, and as a first time patient, I was very comfortable as they answered all my question from the time I called the office to make my appointment, until the time I arrived. Dr. Rabi took the time to listen to all of my concerns on why I was seeing him, and he was very caring, and knowledgeable on what my diagnosis's were, and he took the time to go over some treatment plans that could possibly work for me.
