Joe is a true professional and an expert at his craft. My experience with him was great. He communicated with me thoroughly through out the process and got me a deal that I never thought was reachable in Nassau County. Do yourself a favor and hire this man, He knows what he's doing and how to navigate the whole process. Furthermore he knows how to deal with people who are rough around the edges because I definitely am one of those people.
