Careful. Dr. Boulter will dilly dally for a long time and never get around to doing what was planned. Took almost 2 years to learn he 'couldn't' do implants in my upper but never told me until I pushed really hard as to why it was taking so long. The standard reply of not enough bone was given but come to find out implants could be done after all and that is pretty common. People all day every day are getting implants if they can pay for it.
