Dr. Potz is very thorough when explaining test results or next steps to me. He answers any questions I have. He is also very responsive if I call with any questions. He is a doctor who seems to genuinely care about his patients.
Dr. Potz takes time to explain test results, concerns, and symptoms with intelligence and kindness. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. His staff are friendly and I would highly recommended this office to anyone.
