Because you can't do a no star.this is the worse I've ever been treated. They don't talk nor listen to you ..it takes them 5 min and the walk out. They will not help you with anything..
I'm sort of in between with my review stars. On one hand, I would give Dr. Popper a 5, and then on the other, I'd give him a 3 or 4. Dr. Popper is a wonderful surgeon. I fractured my patella in several places and he was able to quickly schedule me and provide excellent surgical care for my patella repair. This is where the review of 5 would come in.
