I have been seeing Dr P for a couple of years RX are always filled he pushes through the ones that the insurance company says no to and gets it done
Terrible experience with Dr. Joseph Pinzone. He and his staff don't care about you at all. Dr. Pinzone saw me for 1st time but it was a phone short appointment. Appointment that he didn’t finish bcz he said "He didn't have time for me bcz he needed to see other patients”.— He told me that his assistant “Herminia” would call me and finish the appointment (for him) to collect information about my symptoms, and tell me where to go get the exams he requested, but his assistant didn’t call me. - 3 weeks have passed and I have alr... read more
Dr pinzone is an amazing caring Dr who listens to you about what is going on with you.He has always been an excellent provider for my crazy thyroid issues . everyone I have sent to him is so pleased , it has been a rough couple of years for everyone especially medical personal...I'm pleased with the care I receive.
If you care about your health care do NOT go see Dr Pinzone. I have had so many issues with him and his staff, and today was the last straw when a Rx refill request was denied for a Rx i've been on for 15+ years and can't go without. From not refilling necessary Rx's in a timely manner (sometimes 1-3 weeks) to missing appts to not knowing what Fiasp insulin was. It's absurd.
