Dr. Pinzone has been treating my thyroid problem for several months. It's exactly where it should be, thanks to him and his diagnostic skills. I've never had a single problem with anything associated with his practice. The people with whom I've spoken have always been extremely helpful and very nice. As far as prescriptions are concerned, they are always updated and sent automatically to Amazon and are never a problem. The entire experience with Dr. Pinzone and the facility has been easy and very pleasant.
Staff is not the same page and give out inaccurate information. Called and spoke with Endocrinology staff who advised they were accepting new patients. My insurance updated my referral over a week ago and when I called to schedule my appt the referral dept advised they were not taking new patients after all I had to do to get my referral changed because the 1st doc stated they weren’t accepting my insurance anymore. I am very upset with this staff not the doc.
I have been seeing Dr P for a couple of years RX are always filled he pushes through the ones that the insurance company says no to and gets it done
Terrible experience with Dr. Joseph Pinzone. He and his staff don't care about you at all. Dr. Pinzone saw me for 1st time but it was a phone short appointment. Appointment that he didn’t finish bcz he said "He didn't have time for me bcz he needed to see other patients”.— He told me that his assistant “Herminia” would call me and finish the appointment (for him) to collect information about my symptoms, and tell me where to go get the exams he requested, but his assistant didn’t call me. - 3 weeks have passed and I have alr... read more
Dr pinzone is an amazing caring Dr who listens to you about what is going on with you.He has always been an excellent provider for my crazy thyroid issues . everyone I have sent to him is so pleased , it has been a rough couple of years for everyone especially medical personal...I'm pleased with the care I receive.
