Great communication, sounded honest via the phone. Rates were super compared to a highly advertised MAN w/ a WELT. Will use again. Only negative is that he used a subcontractor? to do my job and I was not informed of this prior to the work being done. Its not really a big deal as it was billed and I guess being guaranteed by him, but I thought is was a small private plumber that does work for and by himself. Still, so far, very good, and again, great price.
