Went here for 25 years. Then out of blue charged a cancellation fee I never knew existed. When I tried to continue with appointment instead of cancelling she said it was already rebooked but still charged the cancellation fee. She is is generally rude and condescending and pushy on treatments that are questionable needed.
I wrote a long comment but forgot to post i suppose. I asked the dentist about a referral for veneers. She quickly said she did them I asked for her portfolio. The befores and afters She had none!! That speaks volumes. Shes a common dentist who is simply greedy, shes also rough around the edges. I basically let them do cleanings and no more.
