I left this practice due to inaccurate file documents. They consistantly had the wrong labs in my file. Their systen of documemting visit contents is antiquated. They do not use patient portals/ computer assisted methods to follow up on patient's other specialty doctors' findings. He had no idea I had been hospitalized for 10 days in ICU when I arrived for a post hospitalization check.
I've been a patient of Dr Quintilluani/ DeSalvo for many years. I've been attended to by both doctors. Today I walked out of the office feeling worse than when I arrived. While discussing my A1C lab results, the wrong test results were in my file. I was offered no diagnostic tests, nor treatment for my chronic pain. I felt so dismissed. I left in tears and pain.
