Very positive and intelligent staff. I have nothing but great things to say and the doctor and staff.
I really hate to do a post like this but I feel like things like what I'm about to say should be heard. First thing is this I'm a African American woman so this stings for me to post but I am. The supporting staff is horrible and very unprofessional they pick up the phone laughing continously talking to other people while not even addressing me at all referring to me as honey, sugar and baby. They are terrible with follow up. Lives are on the line and they are very slow to respond..
The staff is HORRIBLE! I've left 4 messages without a return call. I'm out of medicine and they don't give a shit. I'm looking for a new cardiologist. This office is a joke.
