I have been a patient of Dr. O’Connell‘s for over a decade now. Dr O’Connell, his wonderful nurse, Kristi, and the staff at the clinic, go above and beyond every time I’m there to make me feel comfortable. I get extremely prompt responses from questions submitted on the patient portal and I genuinely feel like they care!!!
I'm going to preface this by saying that I do really love Dr. O'Connell. He is incredibly patient and kind. I only wish that he was with a different office, as this office is horrible. The waiting room is horrendous and dirty. However, this review is mostly about the experience I had yesterday. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. O'Connell for the leftovers of a cold that will not go away- I was afraid it was becoming pneumonia.
