Dr. Dalena is very approachable, caring and excellent at what he does. His staff is extremely caring, attentive and kind. My wait time however was terrible, but the staff showed care and understanding to my frustration and even got me to laugh! Dr. Delana apologized for the long wait, explaining some unusual circumstances. So it all turned out great. Often long wait times are dismissed - but these guys addressed it, showed empathy, listened to me and helped me to eliminate my frustration.
Very efficient and professional
Good for the most part , there was some confusion as to what time I was supposed to be inside and when to call me to come up.

Dr. Dalena and Dr Blumberg have always been kind and courteous.
The process was very efficient and professional as always. I was prepped quickly and the process was very timely - I was in and out much faster than expected. OR staff was great as usual and Dr. Dalena's demeanor was comforting. He spoke with me shortly after I woke up and filled me in on his findings in a very reassuring way. Only comment was that after I was ready to go there was some confusion and I sat around for quite a while waiting to be released while my ride waited in the lobby outside the office.
