Absolutely horrible office management. First, it took 3 months just to get an initial appointment. Then, every time I try to get a pre-authorization it takes them forever and I have to do all the leg work. I am firing this doctor. I have been trying to get medication for 4 weeks and all I've heard from them is excuses instead of solving the problem. Any progress I've made in the last 6 months is now wasted. Medication no longer in my system. Waste of time and money and not good for my health!
Outstanding medical care! I have never felt more comfortable and informed. I would recommend him to anyone.
