Awful!!! Very rude service!!!
Inability to properly screw on lug nuts. Absolutely no accountability for their actions. Stay clear of this shop there are better options. Rude, unhelpful, and dangerous.
I went to this shop on Tuesday, February 3rd to have a plug put in my driver's side rear tire. The following week, my tire literally came off my car while driving. No one had touched the tire since, the car was in a garage and not driven much. The day after this happened, we went to the shop to explain to the owner what had taken place. He took absolutely no responsibility. Told us that if his shop had not done it properly, this would have happened right away, upon leaving the shop. I havent been here in so many years. I always got full service though. Joseph was always square with me and I liked him. Only bought tires.
