Johnathan arrived punctually and demonstrated professionalism, providing clear responses to all my inquiries. Their prices were a bit more than I had budgeted for, however, the exceptional service and professionalism I received in Brooklyn made it worthwhile.
luís arrived at my Brooklyn building to inspect a leaky pipe and he did a fantastic job! He was very attentive and didn't leave until the issue was properly handled, even considering the two huskies and a 6 yr old in the house! luís was professional, took his time to complete the job, and answered all the questions my roommate's son had! Under new management, the company is providing excellent service now. I would certainly recommend this plumbing company, even on a scale of 12/10!
Johnathan from Allen Family Plumbing was excellent and provided a detailed explanation of the process. I was genuinely impressed that he wore a mask during his visit to Brooklyn. He demonstrated exceptional skill in installing the faucet and also detected an issue with my fairly new hot water heater. He advised me on what to communicate to the manufacturer, which was extremely beneficial. I'm exceedingly thankful for his services.
