Dr. Novi was amazing, not only in his skill as a surgeon but his interaction with me on a one to one basis. He took the time to talk to me, answer all of my questions which gave me complete confidence in him. I highly recommend him! Dr. Novi is as kind and caring as everyone says. I had a bladder sling surgery with him that resulted in having to have a repair done and he was very apologetic about it. I do wish he handled complication appointments himself (or popped in for a minute) rather than his nursing staff as they didn’t always have answers to my questions. It was a distressing period of time for me and getting answers from my surgeon would have calmed my anxiety about the situation.
He did my prolapse repair surgery and is a great doctor! I recommend this doctor for this surgery !
Excellent Physician!
I greatly appreciated Dr. Novi's personal interaction with me. I have anxiety issues with doctors, but he quickly made me feel at ease. He sat down with me face-to-face and let me speak before he ever did any type of examination, and he listened. I felt like I was able to accomplish more in that one visit than I have been able to accomplish with other doctors for 15 year. He has given me hope! I strongly recommend Dr. Novi.
