I dealt with Bella for quite a while before she left. Now I am dealing with Bethany who is also a wonderful person. Can't say enough about them. Aflac has been a life saver to me.
Aflac products are a great concept and such a great benefit for those struggling with out of pocket expenses. But this office has been so difficult to deal with. Almost from the start, I've received misinformation and incomplete instructions that have wasted time and cost money. This is the 2nd time I've participated in an employee plan with Aflac. It was so much easier years ago. Not sure what happened.
