My husband and I were having a water emergency at our residential property on the Friday before Labor Day. We were having a hard time finding anyone to help us (probably because of the holiday weekend). Called Vina Plumbing this morning at 9:15, I was told I would get a call back right away, three hours later I’m still waiting for a callback. Obviously I called another plumber who called within 10 minutes and set the appointment. I was very disappointed in Vina plumbing. I’ve used them before with no issues today was a total let down
