My last appointment was cancelled, and I was able to get an appointment immediately. Dr Mcginley is very professional. He listens to the patient and takes their complaints seriously. My nurse was friendly, kind, and professional during this visit. I am a Registered Nurse and I am very mindful of how I, and my family is treated! Thank you to all who cared for me this day.
Loved him as a doctor, but then the more I went to the office for appointments or things it hit that the whole staff border on incompetence.
We took our newborn home with jaundice and a biliblanket. Dr. McGinley was exceptional with the care we recieved as a family. He was extremely empathic and caring when our childs levels elevated to a point that she had to be admitted to the pediatric unit at St Lukes Beth. We recived a phone call from him personally on a Sat. to review her lab results that were taken that am. He was active in assuring she received the best care in a timely manner. We enjoy our wellness visits.
He is a great doctor but his staff is so unprofessional. They don't follow general patient privacy guidelines and they always made me feel like an inconvenience. I much prefer Dr Sharp in Lehighton. Staff is more than accommodating and the doc is just as good.
