I first met Joe Kosteck as I closed on my first home. He made a very nervous first time home buyer feel confident and walked me through the process with patience and understanding. I am a homeowner and now a business owner. Joe always answers my calls and emails with ease and never seems bothered with my endless questions. The staff is also very patient and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about Joe and his entire team! Thank you!
Had multiple issues after the fact with a home purchase Kosteck represented me on. Many inspection issues that he insisted we had to "give them the opportunity to fix", which the seller agreed to. Most of them turned out to not be fixed at all or done extremely poorly. Horrible service. No response for months. mis-calculated taxes at closing now on the hook to come up with an an addition 6k in 1 month. ABSOUBUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE - if there was an option for 0 stars i would've chose that.
