Dr. Ferrara has poor people skills, poor bedside manner, and in my opinion zero compassion. When it came time to place our mother in a memory care facility due to elopement risks, as well as extreme agitation, he refused to prescribe anything to help her settle down and also did not fill out the necessary paperwork to get her admitted into a facility Even when he was informed that it was urgent as her safety was a huge concern. I saw Dr Ferrara, Jr for the first time 4-27-25 for my ongoing migraines and now for the added treatment for tardive dyskonesia. I am from an hour away so he went out of his way to make sure my insurance would cover my treatment that day and he administered the therapy I needed to end a 3 day long migraine I was suffering from. It is now 5-21-25 & I can report a big decrease in my headaches but I have had lasting muscle tension in my shoulders I need to call and report but it's not terribley bad.
