It is a shame that your senior reactor operator phillip lee chavers is still employed at your facility after he knowingly ran over a man, never took the time to render aide, never called 911, just left a man on the side of the road to die. Then drove home and his wife Carin calls and says she was driving. Both were arrested for the hit and run. From what I heard employees can not have a speeding ticket over 20 mph but yet you let a man who killed someone work at your place? Make that make sense please
