I called to make an appointment as a new patient, the receptionist was very rude and hung up on me after I asked a couple questions about getting an EKG. I recently moved to the area and was still going to make an appointment for a routine checkup despite her attitude but she hung up when I was mid sentence.
My first visit today. I am so thrilled that Dr Lugo took the time to explain my issues, medicine and treatment plan . His Nurse was very nice and seemed interested as well.. I feel I finally found a caring. Doctor!

Dr.Lugo is simply the best. Warm bedside manner, knowledgeable, and direct with a great sense of humor. He's very easy to share concerns with and he listens attentively. He has treated each of my concerns with respect and diligence, and I have never felt rushed in his care. I couldn't ask for a better doctor!
Shiney new office! Very spacious and clean. Quality doctor.
