I found it so difficult to find a doctor that treats individuals with disabilities with kindness respect and best care! He is punctual with appointments and takes his time! He really is one of the best doctors! Dr.Lugo is one of a kind! If I didn’t live far he would be my primary doctor too!
Fantastic, absolutely amazing physician! He cared so much about concerns, and never interrupted...rare for a doctor to listen so well! Also, his strategic gameplan for getting me back to full health at the age of 40 was well thought. I would NEVER choose another physician, as long as Dr. Lugo is nearby!
I had a really positive experience seeing Dr. Lugo. From the moment I arrived at the office, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Checking in was very easy and streamlined; the staff didn't seem stressed out as I've see at other offices. The facility was bright and clean and clearly following COVID protocols. I was seen quickly and was able to spend a good amount of time with Dr. Lugo to share my background and goals. I would highly recommend.
I heard from a patient named D Fruller that you will not give her a copy of her blood work results when she asked for a copy. I was thinking of going here.But not sure due to her telling me this info.Because I always get my results if I ask for a copy from Doctors. Can you explain yourselves please.
