Doctor Joseph Buono is an excellent Primary Doctor. He’s knowledgeable, caring and listens to you.responds quickly to all of your test results. What a bummer i had an insurance sold to me, unbeknownst to me, he was not on this plan. Working to get a plan that he accepts. Haven’t seen a doctor in over a year, hopefully I can get on a plan he accepts and be back to this super good Doctor !
I want to state that Dr Buono is an excellent physician but I will not be returning as a patient. His male receptionist in Staten Island is extremely rude and unprofessional. Called the office 3 times hoping to see the doctor so I walked over hoping to see him. I was told the doctor was leaving early and couldn’t not see me and would provide an antibiotic. The male receptionist said he was having issues with the phone and could not retrieve messages and that’s why I didn’t hear back. I returned the next day feeling worse ask... read more
