Joseph was a great help in walking us through our first home buying process! Very informative and when we had many questions during the process, if he didn't know he called right away and got our answer. Recommended items that needed to be fixed before we moved in and helped get seller to complete along side closing costs. Couldn't have had a better experience during a process that could have been much more stressful.
Joseph made our first home buying process so simple. Everyone mentioned how stressful the process would be and it made my fiancée and I very worried. I highly recommend Joseph. He was so helpful during the entire process. This was our first time buying a house and he explained the process and kept us informed the entire time. He really listens to what you want and advocates for you. We met him on a Friday and he found our dream house Saturday. We had worked with a different realtor prior that did not listen to our budget or wants in a house and showed us houses that were way above our budget.
