I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Beavercreek Family Medicine on Lakeview Dr, specifically involving Dr. Joe and his staff. My 62-year-old grandmother had an in-person appointment scheduled after I clearly disclosed that she was experiencing shortness of breath, cough, congestion, and had been exposed to pneumonia. Dr. Joe is the go to MD for me. Was reluctant when it was time to search out a new person to handle my health, well I found it in Dr. Leithold. I have never looked back, with his help I'm shooting to be 100 !!!

I just called to make an appointment for my husband and I for a check-up and I was told I'm no longer a patient there. I have been sending copies of my lab work and procedures from specialists there. They said I'd need a new patient appointment and then I could do a check up. This is nothing but absurd. There's no reason why the new patient visit couldn't be the check-up. I am disabled. He terminated me from his care because of my mental health problems. Completely careless. People in my position need people that care. All he cares about is writing prescriptions. Comes in for 5 minutes and sends you on your way. Don't waste your time. Unless you need prescriptions. He'll write you a script for anything.
