I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Beavercreek Family Medicine on Lakeview Dr, specifically involving Dr. Joe and his staff. My 62-year-old grandmother had an in-person appointment scheduled after I clearly disclosed that she was experiencing shortness of breath, cough, congestion, and had been exposed to pneumonia.
