The services provided was horrible. The singing was awful, you had to wait several minutes before anyone would answer the door, and their telephone etiquette is very unprofessional. I had to call about everything from the cremation to the insurance. Their concern for your consideration is the worst. It appeared that after they received their fee, they could care less. They lied to me more than once and they tried to cover the lies with another. I hope and pray that I forget about the horrible experience that I had with Russ ... read more
