He answered all my questions and LISTENED to me. I had surgery and now I am extremely grateful for this new journey I am on. He always comes in with a smile on his face. Love him and his office. Future is very bright now!
First of all, Dr. Laratta is a fantastic surgeon, absolutely no issues with him. Otherwise I would have given 1 star. His staff are the rudest, most nonhelpful people (especially Elaina) I have ever dealt with in a medical office, and that's saying a lot bc the healthcare system in general is a business and no one really cares about you, but at least they are professional. Not to mention the fact, this office does not call you back bc no one ever answers any lines, even if you just had surgery. Home health even tried for me ... read more
All I can is this year has been horrible, car accident, broken ankle but I give it to God because I found him. I'm 70 years old and I've had stuff wrong with me of course but I feel so blessed that Dr Laratta has fixed me. He is amazing and listens! I feel very comfortable with him and the office staff is very pleasant. I'm so very blessed.
Dr. Laratta is one of the best competent and knowledgeable complex spine surgeons I ever came across. It is evident by his work once he shows you what he has done on your X-ray or MRI. I had C5 through C7 ACDF. 24 hours after my surgery I had no more pain, headaches and felt great. His team wouldn't be complete without Noel and Kaelin. I can't explain the gratitude that I have for Dr Laratta and his team. The photos show the surgery from 7 days after surgery up to 9 weeks. You can't even tell that I had surgery.
When I say he is the best, he is the best, He saved my life and I’ll never be able to be able to repay that debt back. I walked into the hospital when a black hole in my incision due to the poor work of another spine doctor that messed up my simple disectomy surgery. I ended up with sepsis and a massive abscess, Dr. Laratta was on vacation in Florida and took the next flight back to Louisville and was at the hospital around 7am to save my life.
