I have been seeing Dr Hayes for about 3 years. This last year things began to fall apart. A blood panel didn't include Lipids. Calling and asking they wanted me to go for another blood work. What sounded like a teen ager called and wanted to see me about blood sugars, I was leaving for my summer home so I didn't follow up. This spring I tried calling to refill my hydrochlorothiazide which I had always been able to do.
