Dr Castelli is real. He’s all about doing the right thing & truly is the best in his field.
Dr. Joseph Castelli has a lot of improvement to do with his bedside manner and patience with patients. I visited the office with concern for itchy bottom. And all he said was to do a yeast infection test without addressing my concerns and offering any suggestions/things to pay attention even after I asked. All he said was let's do an infection test and we will see the result. The lab test bill came out to be ridiculous - $682! Dr. Joseph Castelli is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He does not seem to genuinely cares about my situation as he does not actively listen to my concern but kept our conversation very short and transactional, and just bluntly asked what do I want to do rather than giving me medical advice and suggestions, which totally destroys the purpose of a patient visiting a doctor.
