My experience with Dr K , Victoria’s, Taylor, all the team at lighthouse surgical center were all so professional and knowledgeable. They listened and were very caring. The anesthesiologist was fabulous!!! I was so afraid of the epi that he just walked me right thru it!!! Thank you all. On to recovery I go. Absolutely phenomenal surgeon! I had a hip replacement July 15th performed by Dr. Kavolus. I went home using crutches for approximately 2 days and was totally fully weight bearing after. Dr. Kavolus and his team do a great job caring for his patients. Any questions can be sent thru Patient Gateway and are immediately answered. My father had a really successful knee replacement with Dr. Kavolus. He had been in severe pain for years and was immediately improved, even the first day after surgery. This surgery takes a while to fully recover so he has just improved and improved from there. He went from being an ambulatory wheelchair user who could possibly use a walker on a good day to not needing anything while at home and only takes a cane when going out and about. Dr Kavolus is simply the best surgeon for hips and knees. He did both a hip and a knee for me and the outcomes were fantastic. Everyone said “knees are tough” but Dr Kavolus’ technique resulted in a really miraculous quick recovery.
