Dr Kavolus is the consummate professional. He performed a knee replacement on my right knee and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He has great bedside manner. He’s honest, warm, and an all around terrific surgeon. Not to mention his confidence.
I recently had anterior hip replacement surgery by Dr. Kavolus. After 4 months I am able to walk almost a mile. I think he’s a great surgeon for this. Very honest, compassionate and professional. Great follow-up with at-home PT for several weeks. I was off walking aids in about 6 weeks. Can honestly say I’m happy with the outcome so far 👍
I suffered increasingly sharp left hip pain and lacked range of motion for over a decade due to an injury. This made my procedure more complicated because there was damage beyond "typical" wear. My dad recently saw Dr. Kavolus for his hip replacement follow-up. Dr. Kavolus was also the surgeon who performed the hip replacement, and everything continues to look excellent. During the visit, my dad mentioned some lingering knee pain from a previous operation (not performed by Dr. Kavolus). Without hesitation, Dr. Kavolus ordered an X-ray of the knee.
