Dr Song is very kind and professional. Glad I found him. All staffs are nice as well but most of all, Ms Adriana is the most kind receptionist that I’ve ever met at any clinic! I’m grateful to everyone!!!
From October 2024 to now, I don't know if it's the right mentality for a doctor to make people wait in a cardiology department without making reservations or showing any enthusiasm for finding out about insurance. If the employee is the problem, it would be right to fire the employee and ask for another way. If you don't even know what the problem is, the doctor is the problem.
