A great staff they are able to get me scheduled quickly. Dr. Powers was friendly and extremely informative.
Joseph Powers is a good doctor. However, the system to get an appointment, or to get testing done by going through the Chattanooga number has proven to be a pointless effort. Get voicemail and as of today, after three times calling—on different days—still no call back. What in the world? Gale
Clinic had some issues with promptness they advised to arrive 10 minutes early. We did and then were seated in the lobby for 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Medical assistant was kind and courteous, RN, was abrupt and rude, we continued our wait for another 30 minutes. The physician is knowledgeable, that's what we chose him for.
