Love Dr. Kim...he is great. His office however is not that great. I wasted over 3 hours today trying to get my husband scheduled for a procedure cause I guess no one was monitoring the scheduling line. Problems getting referrals to the surgeon my husband was sent to for an issue that could ve life threatening if it flares up. Dr. Kim is again great but communication with his staff or scheduling is a headache which is why I gave 3 stars.
Dr Kim’s staff was great. Extremely polite and educated. If you asked a question they gave you a direct and intelligent answer. But then what do you expect Dr. Kim is a great doctor.
Dr. Kim was great. Would highly recommend him.
