Dr Kim’s staff was great. Extremely polite and educated. If you asked a question they gave you a direct and intelligent answer. But then what do you expect Dr. Kim is a great doctor.

Absolutely horrific experience from start to finish. Office staff is completely incompetent. I was told one piece of very important information by someone in the office, (I will refrain from mentioning names), then the office manager called me back and said that information was wrong. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner. When and if returned, messages are rude and emails are blunt showing zero remorse for the delays and trouble caused by the staff. Dr. Kim was very caring and explained things well. This was our first visit and we could tell that he had reviewed the case prior to the consultation. His recommendations took the entire patient into consideration...not just the GI tract. His follow-up on the lab results was timely and personal.
