Yesterday an 89 year old lady, fell and gashed above her eye. No bench and had to wait OUTSIDE 5 minutes in nearly 90 degree heat. Nurse, doesn't touch or aid, no wheelchair. Refused to let me help or enter clinic as I value my health and won't wear a mask. She said no benches for patient benefit, really? Patient only received eye care, sutures.
