The thought of coming into a ring shop made me very nervous, but I felt very excited coming into the Seattle location. Tony was very helpful from the moment I walked in. I had an idea of what my "soon to be" wanted, and looking in the first set of rings I looked at; I found the one. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with our jeweler Tony and the design team at Joseph Jewelry. Everyone was very accommodating to our requests from qthe day we walked in to the day we received our custom made Anniversary rings. We were kept informed of progress, given options to change design and detailed updates throughout the design making process. We could not be happier. Thank you so much!

I bought an engagement ring here and it turned out beautiful. The staff worked closely with me to create the perfect ring. The staff also worked with me in having the ring resized! I would definitely recommend Joseph Jewelry to anyone looking for beautiful stones and phenomenal service!
