My experience resizing ring was very good. My ring was perfectly sized to what I needed and I cannot see the spot where the work was done! Very happy with work quality. My reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the price of the work/communication prior to the work. I messaged requesting a quote for the cost of the work, and was told I could not receive a quote before coming in, despite having the needed metal karat, size change, and timeline. Family-run small jewelry company. We were helped by Evette, and she was super helpful. We were looking for a wedding band for my fiance, and she helped us narrow down what to look for and sent us a quote for the band we were looking at. They ship nationwide!
