I could not have had a better experience working with a jeweler, especially since I was working with them online and not in person. They were very responsive to emails and questions, with responses almost always the same day as I asked a question. I was unsure of how the custom ring would look on my hand, and they provide a service (no extra charge) of creating a 'wax model' (I'm guessing a 3D printed ring?) that they send to you to see how you like the design and fit.
