I stopped in to pick-up a last minute gift for my wife on Christmas Eve. The ladies behind the counter welcomed me as I walked in. Then this guy comes out from the back and took over. He seemed more determined to tell me what I didn’t want and what they didn’t have then to show me what I asked for. Will never enter this establishment again. Act like they are doing YOU (the customer) a favor. Jeweler on every corner so I can go elsewhere....no worries.

Terrible business. Very friendly salespeople but Jamie the jeweler is condescending and has very poor customer service. The salesperson had him mock up a ring for me and then told me that the owner would get back to me with a price for a white gold version. I never received a call back and when I called the store to speak with someone, Jamie told me that he couldn't really remember what I wanted (even though he had made an actual version of the ring for the salesperson to show me) and he didn't know why I was calling. Jamie and his staff are always engaging. They assist one another and create a wonderful experience in their beautiful showroom. I will not hesitate to recommend Joseph James to all my friends and acquaintances.
