Incompetent beyond description. Saw Dr. Shay on and off for about 5 years and he misdiagnosed me. For someone who charges $300+ a session I expect an accurate diagnosis. He never gave me any advice or treatment that worked even remotely. Dr. Shay even started insulting me about my weight during sessions, likely in an effort to engage in "male bonding". I’ve been working with dr. Shay for 5+ years and he has helped me tremendously. He is a wonderful doctor and person. You have to be consistent and out in the work and it will pay off. I have grown so much in working with him. He has had a significant impact on my life and I cannot thank him enough.
